Atrium Owner Update | Emails and RCI

We want to provide a quick update for Atrium Beach Resort & Spa owners, as we’ve had several questions regarding the following items:

Receiving Emails from Festiva / Atrium

To date, we have sent one email to all Atrium owners on Sept. 8, and another email to all owners with reservations through the end of the year on Tuesday, September 12. If you did not receive either of these emails and they are not in your spam or junk mail folder, you may need to update your email address or verify that we have the correct one on file. You can do this by logging in to www.festiva.com/members or by commenting on this blog post. Please note that there may be a 24-hour turnaround time before you get a response/confirmation if you comment on the blog, but we will ensure that all updates are made in our system prior to sending another email. Also, be sure to add inquiries@pattonhospitality.com to your address book or “safe sender” list so that your email firewall does not block our messages.

Atrium owners can also expect a letter in the mail from us in the near future, so if you need to update a mailing address, you can do so via the member portal or commenting on this post as well. We will do our very best to keep all owners as up to date as possible; however, please know that our first priority is that of our staff and those who are being housed at the resort.

RCI Reservations

We have informed RCI that the Atrium will be closed through the end of the year, and our RCI representative notified us that they are currently not confirming reservations anywhere in the affected areas of the Caribbean. As we have heard from a couple of owners that RCI may still be placing reservations at the Atrium, we are following up with them today to clarify and ensure that that is not the case.

We greatly appreciate your patience, support and caring during this difficult time for our Atrium staff. Your words will be shared with them, as we truly understand that the staff there are like family to many of you. While we are still very much in an assessment phase, we are looking at ways we can provide assistance to our employees as well as others throughout the island. We will certainly keep you informed as to how you can help.

  1. I checked the owners / members site and see that my eMail is listed but I didn’t receive an eMail. not spammed also.

Thanks for the info and updates.

  2. I have a reservation at the Atrium in October — I did not get an email and it is not in my junk mail. The email I typically use has a tight spam filter so could you please resend to the email address at my house which I filled in below. We have also moved since making our reservation – our new mailing address is 909 Blanch Street, Mantorville MN 55955.

    Thank you,
    Paul

  3. I heard the Atrium employees and their family are staying at the atrium. Is there a fund established to help the employees get back on their feet? How can we contribute to help them?

    1. Hi David – we are working on setting up a fund for our employees as well as others on the island and we will keep you posted as soon as we have more information. We have been holding our breath to see what Maria will do before rolling anything out just yet.

  4. Thank you Sara and others for keeping this blog up to date. WE got the original email and all so far that you have sent. Did not know that Patton was involved but figure that was a link to get info out to the Atrium owners, friends and wells-wishers. Just read a FB message from the Ebbers, owners of the proud PASSAT now sunk. They are OK and plan to buy another classic boat but maybe one a wee bit younger than 1912 (don’t hold me to that date but she was a fine vintage lady). So glad that things are progressing and prayers that Maria just waves at you as she goes by. We are week 17 owners that like to come weeks 16 aand 17. We know that you all will do your best to have 2018 tourism back on a limited basis but that depends on many factors. Crossing all that crosses, eyes, legs, arms, and saying mighty big prayers. Stay well during all this stress. Hugs to all.

    1. Dick and Wally – Thank you so much for your kind works and well wishes for our staff at the Atrium. We will certainly keep all of our owners updated as we get more information!

    1. Hi Debbie; it looks like we do have the correct email address on file for you and the email was successfully sent on our end; if it is not in your spam or junk folder, let me know and I’ll resend it. Also, be sure to add inquiries@pattonhospitality.com to your address book or “safe sender” list so that your email firewall does not block our messages. Thanks!

  5. Good evening. Owner week 43 unit 304-305. I have not received any emails with updates for those of us that have reservations. Please re-send emails from 09/08 and 09/12/17. Thank you.

  6. Thank you for the update. Please let me know when you set up a fund and where to send it for the employees who lost homes, clothing, cars etc. I want to send a donation. My prayers are with the people in St. Maarten. I love that island and the staff at the Atrium and I am saddened that I will not be able to come this year.

  7. Hi Sara – Will you please resend the email to me?
Also, just to let you know, RCI allowed me to book a week in July.
    Thanks
    Debbie
