We want to provide a quick update for Atrium Beach Resort & Spa owners, as we’ve had several questions regarding the following items:
Receiving Emails from Festiva / Atrium
To date, we have sent one email to all Atrium owners on Sept. 8, and another email to all owners with reservations through the end of the year on Tuesday, September 12. If you did not receive either of these emails and they are not in your spam or junk mail folder, you may need to update your email address or verify that we have the correct one on file. You can do this by logging in to www.festiva.com/members or by commenting on this blog post. Please note that there may be a 24-hour turnaround time before you get a response/confirmation if you comment on the blog, but we will ensure that all updates are made in our system prior to sending another email. Also, be sure to add email@example.com to your address book or “safe sender” list so that your email firewall does not block our messages.
Atrium owners can also expect a letter in the mail from us in the near future, so if you need to update a mailing address, you can do so via the member portal or commenting on this post as well. We will do our very best to keep all owners as up to date as possible; however, please know that our first priority is that of our staff and those who are being housed at the resort.
We have informed RCI that the Atrium will be closed through the end of the year, and our RCI representative notified us that they are currently not confirming reservations anywhere in the affected areas of the Caribbean. As we have heard from a couple of owners that RCI may still be placing reservations at the Atrium, we are following up with them today to clarify and ensure that that is not the case.
We greatly appreciate your patience, support and caring during this difficult time for our Atrium staff. Your words will be shared with them, as we truly understand that the staff there are like family to many of you. While we are still very much in an assessment phase, we are looking at ways we can provide assistance to our employees as well as others throughout the island. We will certainly keep you informed as to how you can help.
