Hurricane Irma: Information About Cancellation Fees and Points Refunds for FAC Members’ Affected Reservations

As we continue to track Hurricane Irma’s path and the areas that have already been or will likely be affected, we want Festiva Adventure Club members to know that we are currently waiving any cancellation fees or points loss for reservations at any FAC resort in Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina with check-in dates through week 39 (October 1).

Please call the FAC Member Service Team at 866-933-7848 if we can assist you with rescheduling or canceling a reservation. If you have a check-in date within the next week and are not able to reach us prior to that date, please do not worry; simply contact us by September 30, 2017, and we will be happy to assist you.

As always, the safety of our resort employees and guests is our primary focus. Please continue to check www.festiva.com/blog for updates from specific resorts regarding evacuations, closings, damages and recovery. For weather updates, please check local resources for the affected areas or visit www.nhc.noaa.gov

  1. Concerns by Festivia Member regarding our reservation for Arrival September 30 departing on Oct 7. 2017. At Coconut Palms iII at New Symrna Beach. FL.

1 – I can not be present with any kind of
mold in any form ( I’ll get sick usually to
    hospital or immediate Medical attention.)

    2. Will there be electricity during our
    complete stay?

    1. Hi Mr. Nickel; Thank you for reaching out, we completely understand your concerns. We are happy to report that power was restored to the resort as of Monday evening, so there should be no issues with electricity by the time you arrive later this month. Also, our resort staff have been working since Tuesday to extract all carpets and any other items from individual units as well as public areas that took on any water in the storm. We will have another update from the resort staff later this morning. If you have any further concerns, I will be happy to have someone contact you. Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you!
