Festiva would like to announce an addition to our sales staff that we’re excited about.
Rodney Capps joined Festiva in October as the Front Line Director of Sales at Ellington at Wachesaw Plantation East in Murrells Inlet, SC. Rodney brings almost 20 years of timeshare sales experience, working in Myrtle Beach with two of the most respected companies in the industry.
He said one of his goals is to recruit top talent for his team, and instill a winning culture. Working in the third largest timeshare market in the world, and with the majority of visitors being timeshare owners, he said company image is very important.
“The customer is much more educated than in the past, they can Google you instantly and see everything. We’re changing our image and focusing on compliance,” he said.
Capps said his reputation precedes him.
“My integrity is very important to me. People see this is a reputable place to work if I’m down here running it. People follow leaders, not companies, and I already have a top team coming over,” he said. “My initial goal is to become the top sales site in the company, and I’m excited for the opportunity to take it to the next level.”
