    1. Ms. Miller, Thank you for contacting Festiva. In order to best assist you, we have submitted a request to have a Member Services Representative reach out regarding your concern.

    1. Hi David,

The purple bar simply means that unit size is not available at that certain resort, either because it’s not offered there, or it’s not available when booking this month.

      Thank you for reading.

    1. Ms. White, Thank you for contacting Festiva! We understand that you have questions regarding when you can book. To answer generally, without knowing the specifics of your particular membership, all membership levels have at least a 12 month booking window. This window changes depending on whether you have first or second year points. First year points (or usage points) can be booked anytime throughout the 12 months of the year they were earned in. For example if you earned points in 2018 they will be good from 1/1/2018 to 12/31/2018. After the usage year if you have any points remaining they will roll over for one additional year, free of charge and become what is known as saved points (or second year points). Saved points do expire at the end of the second year on 12/31 and they have a 150 day booking window (or the 6 month window you referred to). Please keep in mind, you can have both usage and saved points on your account at the same time but they still adhere to their booking windows.

In regards to your arrival dates for length of stay question, any reservations booked between 12 months to 45 days out, generally can only be a 7 night stay. Booking 45 days out or less from your requested check in date allows you to split your week to a 3 or 4 night stay.

To learn more details and how to book with your membership specifically, we recommend contacting Member Services 866-933-7848. They will not only be able to assist in booking, they will also have great guidance in understanding your account.
