It’s National Vacation Rental Month | Consider For Your Unused Week

July is National Vacation Rental Month, and we thought we’d use this occasion to remind Festiva owners that they have options to rent out their weeks when not in use.

Look, we get it. As much as you try to go on vacation and use your week, other things may come up. It’s a bummer, but sometimes life gets in the way of a great vacation.

Did you know as a Festiva owner, you may be able to rent your week through Vacation Condos if you aren’t able to use it? is the simple way to rent out your deeded week when not in use. Simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Enroll your week by completing the online enrollment process or by submitting a completed rental agreement via mail, email, or fax.
  2. Once accepted, your week will be listed in the rental pool on, as well as on popular online travel sites. If you provided an email address, they’ll send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check with VacationCondos to make sure we received your agreement.
  3. It is their priority to get owners as much for their week as possible. To do this they’ll list your week for a nightly rate where it can be booked by travelers online, by phone or onsite walk-ins at the resort.
  4. At the end of the month containing the last day of the week you submitted, they’ll put together an invoice for their accounting department. A check and a copy of the invoice will be mailed to you within 30-90 days.
