We’d Love to Share Our Top Three Reviewed Resorts of 2018

At Festiva, we take our customer satisfaction very seriously, closely monitoring guest experience through the surveys we send you at the end of your stay.

To the thousands of guests that took the time to fill out a survey, we thank you. This valuable information allows us to not only see what’s working and what makes you and your family happy when staying with us, it tips us off to areas that need improvement, and lets us see our resorts from your eyes, which is an important perspective.

With that said, we’d like to announce our top three best performing resorts of 2018. The competition was tight, with no resort really losing. These top three just made our guests that much more happy, enough to push them into the top spots. Let’s start with the number three spot and work up from there.

#3: The Church Street Inn, Charleston, South Carolina

Church Street Inn scored an average of 4.53 out of 5 in our customer survey. With its boutique style, uber-convenient location in the heart of Charleston, and friendly staff, it’s no wonder Church Street Inn consistently scores high ratings. Look for an even better rating next year- the Inn is currently undergoing room renovations for a fresh, updated look.

#2: The Greens at Bella Vista Village, Arkansas

Tennis, golf, pools and playgrounds. The Greens at Bella Vista Village has earned an average of 4.55 out of 5 for customer satisfaction, just barely edging out Church Street Inn for the number 2 spot in 2018. This relaxing family spot is a favorite for mid-south travelers of Festiva.

#1: Cabins at Green Mountain, Branson, Missouri

Drum roll please…OK, there’s actually no drum roll needed. Aside from already seeing above that Cabins at Green Mountain took our top spot in 2018, if you’ve visited here, you know it’s a great place. We thank you for ratings “The Cabins” with a stellar average of 4.60 out of 5. If you haven’t visited, consider coming to Cabins at Green Mountain on your next family vacation.
